45 euro: prezzo a persona in camera doppia, minimo 2 notti / €45,- pro Person im DZ, minimum 2 Naechte / €45,- /person in DR, min. 2 nights
55 euro: prezzo a persona in camera doppia ad uso singolo. 55 euro fuer einzelne Person im DZ, €55 for single person in double room

La camera Acqua sorgiva ha 3 posti letto.. Consiste in una camera matrimoniale ed una cameretta separata con letto singolo. Das Zimmer Acqua sorgiva besteht aus 3 Betten: ein Ehebett und, in einem separatem Zimmer, ein Einzelnbett. Das Zimmer hat ein privates Badezimmer. The room Acqua sorgiva has 3 beds: a double bed and a single bed in a separate room. The room has a private bathroom.
- I bimbi fino a 2 anni non pagano. Free under 2 years old children
- Per le prenotazioni di più di tre notti sarà richiesta una caparra pari a 1/2 del prezzo totale dei pernottamenti richiesti. Teilzahlung angefragt falls mehr als 3 Uebernachtungen. Partial payment required for more than 3 nights.
- Solo le prenotazioni di più di tre notti vanno fatte almeno 7 giorni prima dell’arrivo in struttura onde evitare una sovra prenotazione. Bitte um rechtzeitig zu buchen (7 Tage mindestens), falls mehr als 3 Uebernachtungen. Please book at least 7 days before your arrival in case of 3 or more overnight stays.
- Da marzo a giugno e da settembre prenotazioni anche per una sola notte. A luglio e agosto prenotazioni per almeno 2 notti consecutive. Von Maerz bis Juni und ab September auch blos 1 Uebernachtung moeglich. From March till June and September onwards it’s also 1 overnight stay possible.
- I prezzi sono invariati in tutto il periodo di apertura e sono comprensivi di pernottamento, colazione, WI-FI, area posteggio e tanta tranquillità. Die Preise variieren nicht waehrend das Jahr und beinhalten Uebernachtung, Fruehstueck, WIFI, Parkplatz und Ruhe! The prices don’t diversify during all seasons and include bed, breakfast, WIFI, parking und quiet!

- Pulizia giornaliera delle camere e dei bagni. Zimmer und Baeder werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Daily cleaning of rooms and bathrooms
- Entrate indipendenti.
